NEW YORK (New York Post) — Now you can bring the Hamptons to your home cooking.

Celebrity chef Geoffrey Zakarian is releasing a new cookbook titled Hamptons Entertaining, which contains a collection of favorite recipes by notable Hamptonians including Gwyneth PaltrowBobby FlayRachel Zoe, Giada De Laurentiis, Dr. Oz, Martha Stewart, Rosanna Scotto, Katie Lee, David Burtka and husband Neil Patrick Harris, and more.

“I’ve been enjoying my time in the Hamptons for over 25 years and I’m thrilled to curate a book filled with fantastic recipes from our friends who summer out East,” Zakarian told Page Six. “From Martha’s Gazpacho to Gwyneth’s Truffles, there is something for everyone to try making at home.”

The book, co-edited by his publicist Jaret Keller and created in partnership with Hamptons Magazine, includes recipes for appetizers, entrees, cocktails, and desserts.

Among the summery dishes are The Lambs Club owner’s butter-poached lobster roll with bibb lettuce and spicy mustard dressing, Paltrow’s apricot, cashew and coconut truffles, Bobby Flay’s crispy squash blossoms with ricotta, corn, oregano, and anchovy vinaigrette, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s chocolate cake with malted chocolate ganache and toasted marshmallow frosting.

The book was released on August 29.

A portion of the proceeds from the cookbook will benefit City Harvest.

Some of the luminaries whose recipes are in the book were present on August 27 for a launch party at Topping Rose House’s the Barn.

After a surf-and-turf dinner by chef Vongerichten, Zakarian had a salmanazar (the equivalent of 12 bottles) of Whispering Angel ready to go for an after-party at nearby Le Bilboquet, which stayed open after the kitchen closed especially for the occasion.
