WASHINGTON – Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ) spoke about the Armenian Genocide Resolution which was adopted by the U.S. House on October 29. Sen. Menendez also commented on Turkey.
Robert Menendez with the bipartisan support of Ted Cruz (R-TX), Ed Markey (D-MA), and Tom Udall (D-NM) introduced Senate Resolution 150 this past April to recognize the Armenian Genocide and mark April 24 as the international day of commemoration of the Ottoman Turkish Government’s murder of over 1.5 million Armenians.
