LOS ANGELES — Following the success of its sold-out world premiere at the Greek Theatre, People of AR Cultural Foundation presents “Echoes of Our Ancestors 2: Heroes & Saints,” a new musical and visual experience celebrating the enduring spirit, faith, courage and cultural legacy of the Armenian people, on September 3.
Combining a world-class symphony orchestra, celebrated international artists (including Serj Tankian), breathtaking visual design, dance, and immersive storytelling, the production will transport audiences across centuries of Armenian civilization, honoring the heroes whose courage defended a nation and the saints.
Created by director Arman Nshanian and produced by Asko Akopyan, the production is conducted by Maestro Sergey Smbatyan and brought to life through musical performances, state-of-the-art visuals, cinematic storytelling, and original artistic collaborations created exclusively for this event.
“This production is about honoring the heroes and saints whose faith, courage, sacrifice, and devotion helped shape our history and preserve our identity through the centuries,” said Nshanian. “Their stories continue to inspire us today, reminding us not only where we come from, but who we are and what we are capable of becoming.”
The show features an extraordinary lineup of Armenian talent for one night only, on the same stage, including: Serj Tankian (headliner); Arto Tuncboyaciyan; Sebu of Capital Cities; Inga & Anush Arshakyan; Isabel Bayrakdarian; Gevorg Hakobyan; Masha Mnjoyan; R-Mean; Katil Band; DJ Serjo & Vahagn M; Karnig Sarkissian; Suren Arustamyan; Albert Armenakyan (Junior Eurovision 2025), with choreography and dance by Ludvig Ispiryan, the Zvartnots Dance Ensemble, Haikian Choir, and Sound of Children Choir.
