BRATISLAVA, Slovakia (Public Radio of Armenia) — Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler Samvel Terteryan won the U20 World Championship in Bratislava, Slovakia, in the 77kg weight category, on August 17.
In the final, Terteryan faced Azerbaijan’s Javidan Nahmatov. The closely contested bout ended 1-1, with the Armenian wrestler taking the victory on criteria, Armenia’s Wrestling Federation reported.
