Vigen Sargsyan, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, traveled to Montreal, Canada in November of 2017, after participating in the 2017 United Nations Peacekeeping Ministerial summit in Vancouver, Canada. Sargsyan paid a visit to the Royal Military College of Quebec, and met Armenian community members of Montreal, and deputies of the local and national parliaments.
