ISTANBUL (Armenpress) — Turkish-Armenian parliament member Garo Paylan submitted a complaint against columnist of Yeni Safak (New Dawn) newspaper Hayrettin Karaman, on August 22. Hayrettin Karaman posted a note insulting Christians. He also included some quotes from the Koran about the relationship between Muslim and non-Muslim peoples.
Paylan filed a complaint with the Turkish prosecutor’s office against Karaman on charges of inciting hatred among people and humiliating Christians.
